  • My love´s dresser

This dresser is a surprise for my love. It had a past life until I bought it. But it is now my love´s dresser. It was so good to make this transformation here, in the house of memories. It went really well! All it was necessary: a paint brush, paint and a some wax. Creativity took care of everything and elbow power made is shine and raise. I started this project, on a Saturday and ended on a Sunday, at the end of the day. Therefore, it is a viable project for your weekend. If you are thinking of starting, don't postpone it. All you need is to disenchant the piece that you want to flip. Buy the chalk paint and the paint brush. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to use the comments field below. This time of creativity allows you to listen to music, listen to audiobooks and spend time with your family, all as you flip a piece of furniture. I hope you enjoy the transformation! I loved it and my love, liked it too! Have a good week! I will keep you posted! Even if it is with my clothes and hair soiled with paint ... PS1: I am starting to plan our Easter menu, with dishes from around the world ... PS2: The flowers on the dresser were a gift and you can find them here: "Os bonitos".

  • 20-20-20 Challenge: Recipe Nº9 -Clam Soup

Unlikely you will try it?! As of today, this recipe will change your mind ... try it and you'll love it. I had to honor my Algarve. This soup, screams Algarve and the beach and salt and sunlight. There is something that mesmerizes me in these flavors. In fact, those who know me inside out know how therapeutic it is for me to cook. They know how sharing my dishes is a prophylactic elixir for myself! And I take the opportunity to clarify that I create and share, only and only, for that reason. I am not trying to monetize or become an influencer. OK?! Moving on... I quickly transform this simple soup into a main course meal: "soup from the sea". How? by adding eggs to the stock, and other fish cuts. Additionally we can garnish it with fried or toasted homemade bread (optional if you want to continue Keto) and that's it! Lets get cooking... OK Google Play Charlie Parker Ingredients 500g fresh or frozen clams 1 Medium Onion 2 Garlic cloves 4 tb spoon of olive oil 800 ml ( approx.) of water fresh mint and coriander lime or lemon juice 120 g rice or soup pasta Preparation Sauté: In a large pan, add very finely chopped onion and garlic with olive oil When the onion is caramelized, add the water and season with salt and pepper If you would like to add the paste or rice to the soup, this will be the moment to add it in, when the water is boiling Meanwhile we are going to "open" the clams in another pan In a pan with olive oil in strong heat, place the clams, flicking the pan from time to time, until the clams open. Add crushed garlic and coarsely cut fresh coriander Then drain and strain this broth that we will then add to the pan, bring to a boil, rectify for salt and season with a pinch of pepper. Add the fresh mint and bring to a boil If you are going to add eggs, now is the time to add them and let them poach Add drops of lemon while the eggs are cooking Then add the clams, remove from heat and serve with freshly chopped coriander. @Popi'sTips I make this soup without pasta or rice and, without bread, to make it Keto, and add one or two eggs per person to make it more filling. When I am not keto conscient, I cook this delicious soup with all of the ingredients, Pasta, eggs and bread. To die for! In the photo above, I made it with rice. Here at home even the chicken soup is made with rice on it! Enjoy!

  • Seville and the Eslava Restaurant

We haven't been able to go out for a while to enjoy a meal outside. This spontaneity of life is perhaps what I miss most in these times of confinement. Still, I dare to share a secret of ours, which will not be for everyone ... It's called Eslava and it's at Caille Eslava in Seville. These empty chairs are misleading. You have to make an appointment and mostl likely to be successful, days in advance. The best tapas ever!
